It is very in-depth and very tutorial. And this course is better than some other ones I have taken because you are getting first-hand knowledge from a designer who has done it all, and not just an instructor who’s going by the book. You are going to learn from someone who has worked with some of the biggest and best clients out there, and made a name for herself, made herself successful, and her dresses and her work speak for themselves.

In the patterns that I’ve done since taking the course, the pieces that are supposed to be the same size are actually the same length. The patterns fit together beautifully; they look exactly like I expect them to look; there aren’t eraser marks all over them and pieces of paper taped on so that I can recut them. I’ve finally gotten a clear and concise answer as to the WHY you do certain things and HOW to do them on the paper pattern before you ever cut the fabric. Which sounds easy enough in theory, but until this Masterclass was very difficult in practice. Fantastic teacher! The explanations, the methods, along with the videos were extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Overall, my experience with this Masterclass was very helpful and easy to navigate. When you are paying for this course, here are the things I will advise you to do: be open to learn a lot, and have your jotter right beside you, because it is going to be like the teacher is right here in front of you teaching you practically — and also have data. I assure you that it is not a waste of money, time and resources. I bet you, you will be glad you did. I can beat my chest for GHF Couture Masterclass.

I bought this course as a total beginner, and so far I have made patterns for 3 dresses from scratch that have been selling like crazy! If anyone is having second guesses whether or not to purchase this course, PLEASE DO — you get back such an amazing value for your money! When I finish this class, I’ll go to the next one (couture dresses)! Sky is the limit with GHF!
