To participate in the GlowHigh Affiliate Program, you must agree to the following:

This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions between GlowHigh and You regarding your participation as an affiliate of GlowHigh (“Affiliate”).

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GLOWHIGH AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
By filling out the signup form, you may automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this Agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally promoting our website to receive a commission on approved products purchased by your referred individuals.

1. Definitions

1.1 “We”, “Our”, “Us”, "GlowHigh", "GlowHigh & Fearless", "GlowHigh" “GHF” means GlowHigh and its affiliates.

1.2 "You", "Your", "Affiliate(s)", "JV partner" and "Partner" means the business, individual, or entity participating in the GlowHigh Affiliate Program.

1.3 "Affiliate Program" means GlowHigh's Affiliate Program available at https://glowhigh.com

1.4 "Affiliate Site" means the Affiliate’s website or platform displaying GlowHigh affiliate promotions.

1.5 "Canceled Purchase" means any purchase refunded, canceled, suspended, or subject to chargeback.

1.6 "Commission Fees" or "Commissions" means the amount paid to Affiliates for each Qualified Purchase.

1.7 "GlowHigh Marks" means GlowHigh’s trademarks, branding, logos, trade names, and service marks.

1.8 "GlowHigh Sites" means www.glowhigh.com and associated subdomains.

1.9 "Fraudulent Traffic" means any illegal, manipulated, or bad-faith activity generating traffic or purchases.

1.10 "Intellectual Property Rights" or "IPR" means all proprietary rights including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and related protections.

1.11 "Prohibited Activity" means any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise restricted activity.

1.12 "Qualified Purchase" means a valid purchase by a Referred User that is not refunded, canceled, suspended, or charged back.

1.13 "Referred User" means a new and unique user who arrives through the Affiliate’s approved Link and completes a Qualified Purchase.

1.14 "Registration Form" means the enrollment form submitted to join the Affiliate Program.

1.15 “Term” means the duration of this Agreement.

1.16 "Terms of Service” means GlowHigh’s terms of service.

1.17 "Tracking System" means GlowHigh’s tracking system used to identify Affiliate-generated traffic and purchases.

2. GlowHigh Intellectual Property Protection

2.1 Ownership

All GlowHigh content of any kind — including but not limited to masterclasses, lessons, videos, audio recordings, scripts, presentations, demonstrations, explanations, techniques, methods, processes, systems, frameworks, formulas, instructions, workflows, exercises, assignments, downloads, documents, templates, checklists, worksheets, images, creative materials, educational materials, digital products, written materials, visual materials, and any derivative or related content (“GlowHigh IP”) — is and remains the exclusive property of GlowHigh Ltd. This applies to all current, past, and future content across all subjects, industries, and topics. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

2.2 What You Are Allowed to Share

Affiliates are warmly encouraged to share:

• Your personal experience with GlowHigh

• Your progress, results, improvements, and transformations

• Projects you created

• Before/after outcomes

• Your honest opinion or testimonial

• Your story and journey

You may use your own words, photos, videos, and completed work freely, as long as you do not teach how you achieved those results using GlowHigh IP.

2.3 Prohibited Use

To protect our instructors and their proprietary educational methods, you may not:

• Teach, demonstrate, or explain GlowHigh IP

• Recreate, simplify, paraphrase, or restate GlowHigh IP

• Break down any GlowHigh technique, method, system, or process

• Create tutorials, workshops, courses, PDFs, or guides based on GlowHigh IP

• Share or display GlowHigh class content (videos, PDFs, templates, scripts, etc.)

• Upload, leak, or redistribute any GlowHigh materials

• Produce content “inspired by” GlowHigh teaching that attempts to replicate it

• Use GlowHigh IP in free or paid educational content

You can share your RESULTS, but not GlowHigh’s METHODS.

2.4 Substantial Similarity

Any content that is substantially similar, derivative, or functionally equivalent to GlowHigh IP is prohibited.

2.5 No Resale, Redistribution, or Account Sharing

Affiliates may not resell, rent, sublicense, share, distribute, or grant access to any GlowHigh content, course materials, digital products, or account credentials.
This includes (but is not limited to) sharing access in private groups, communities, classes, workshops, paid programs, or peer-to-peer channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups, Google Drive folders, or any cloud-storage system.
Any attempt to distribute or provide access to GlowHigh content constitutes an immediate breach of this Agreement.

2.6 Applicability

These rules apply regardless of:

• whether content is free or paid

• whether GlowHigh is credited

• whether the affiliate is active or inactive

• whether the content is public or private

Access to GlowHigh IP automatically binds you to these terms.

2.7 No Fair Use Exceptions

GlowHigh does not permit the use of its IP under “fair use,” commentary, reaction videos, educational demonstrations, or transformation.

2.8 Removal Requirement

If GlowHigh notifies you of unauthorized content, you must remove it immediately.

2.9 Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• immediate termination

• forfeiture of all commissions (paid & unpaid)

• bans from future GlowHigh programs

• legal remedies if necessary

2.10 Survival

These obligations survive termination indefinitely.

3. Requirements

3.1.1 Enrollment must be completed via the Affiliate Registration Form.
3.1.2 Approved Affiliates receive tracking links.
3.1.3 All promotional content must be accurate and not misleading.
3.1.4 Negative or deceptive PPC campaigns are prohibited.
3.1.5 PPC and Search Advertising Restrictions-Affiliates may not bid on or purchase any GlowHigh brand terms or variations—including but not limited to “GlowHigh,” “GlowHigh Masterclass,” “GlowHigh course,” instructor names, product names, or keywords confusingly similar—on any advertising platform (including Google, YouTube, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or any PPC network).
Affiliates may not run ads that appear to be official GlowHigh ads or that capture GlowHigh’s brand-intent search traffic. All paid advertising must clearly identify the Affiliate and must not give the impression of being an official GlowHigh communication.
3.1.6 No Impersonation or Misrepresentation
Affiliates may not present themselves as GlowHigh, as an employee of GlowHigh, as a representative of GlowHigh, or as any GlowHigh instructor. Affiliates must not imply partnership, co-ownership, or endorsement beyond participation in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates must clearly represent themselves as independent promoters and may not create websites, social media accounts, ads, emails, or content that mimic the appearance, branding, or messaging of GlowHigh in a way that may confuse users.
3.1.7 GlowHigh Marks may only be used for approved promotional purposes.
Links may be updated. Unauthorized coupons or discounts are prohibited.

4. Order Processing

GlowHigh manages all order processing, payment handling, and refunds. The Affiliate must use their unique link to ensure tracking.

5. Commission Determination

Commissions are earned only on Qualified Purchases meeting all criteria.

5.1.1 No commission on previously tracked users.
5.1.2 Purchases must be valid and fully paid.
5.1.3 No commissions if the Affiliate compensates the buyer.
5.1.4 GlowHigh may hold commissions to verify legitimacy.
5.1.5 Fraud or violations may result in withheld or reversed commissions.
5.1.6 Manipulated or unauthorized orders are not eligible.
5.1.7 Self-purchases (using your own email) are not eligible.

5.2 Commissions are paid at least 30 days after month-end, once the threshold is met.
5.3 Commission rates may change.
5.4 Affiliates are responsible for taxes.

6. Disputes

Disputes must be submitted within 10 days after the month of the event. Late disputes cannot be reviewed.

7. Emails & Publicity

All email contacts must be opt-in and owned by the Affiliate.
FTC endorsement guidelines must be followed.

8. Term & Termination

GlowHigh may terminate or suspend Affiliates at any time.
Violations result in loss of commissions and account removal.

9. Modification

GlowHigh may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect once posted.

10. Liability

GlowHigh is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, tracking issues, or interruptions.

11. Acceptance

By joining the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
