By accessing and/or using the Site, other owned sites, Application or Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and will comply with and be legally bound by, the terms and conditions of these Terms as amended from time to time ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Application and Services, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and "GlowHigh". If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to continue using the Site, Application or Services.

All prices displayed on this website are in US Dollars.

The management of the site may update the prices of products on the site and the shipping rates from time to time and without the need for prior notice. The valid price relative to the order performed is the price published when completing the ordering process (which includes the delivery of credit card details). If prices are updated before the order process is completed, the customer will be charged at updated prices.

For digital product, fabrics that are cut per individual request and customized items, all sales are final. For online courses, sales terms vary and will be described on the sale page.

Special orders are a final sale. There are no refunds, no cancellation, and no returns.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or services, please contact us at within and we will 7 days from the day you received your item(s), so we will try to accommodate you within the guidelines of our policies.

Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for typographical errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

 

Item representation

Although GlowHigh takes every step necessary to assure accurate representation of items displayed online, the colors of fabrics ordered through our website cannot be guaranteed by us due to color variances beyond our control, such as variances in monitor color settings. Also the width, length and weight of the fabrics posted on the Website may vary slightly. For this reason, when ordering online we strongly recommends that customers purchase swatches before the final purchase of material or contact us for more information.

GlowHigh authorizes each User to view the content, and download a copy of only some of the Materials (such as PDF and worksheets). The materials that are available to download may be downloaded and used for personal purposes only. Provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Please assign one user account for each individual user course license login. Additional users may require the purchase of additional course/licensing through the website.

From time to time, the GlowHigh will offer bonuses or special promotions to individuals who sign up for the courses. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses or special promotions are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the course and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions throughout the year.

 

Fees
In consideration of Your access to the courses, you agree to pay the following fees.
You may choose between a single payment at the course displayed price (due immediately) or monthly payments. If you elect to pay for the course in full, you can pay in one payment. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today, and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following months according to your payments plan, on a monthly basis, for a total payment of the displayed course price. If you opt for monthly payments, according to your plan, you might have under the drip content program- which means new sections of the course will be open monthly during your payments period. once all the sections are available to you, you have lifetime access to the entire course. If the course is offered with drip content, you will be able to see it on the product page. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the course’s Refund Policy. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the GlowHigh shall immediately suspend your access to the course.

 

Methods of payment
If You elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize GlowHigh to charge your PayPal or credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your program access will be removed.
If you do not request a refund within the terms of the course with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you understand that your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding receivables, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.

Sewing patterns

purchasing and using our patterns

Our Patterns created by GlowHigh and are available to purchase & download to a PDFs (Currently we are not ship physical patterns, unless other is described on the pattern page). After you complete the payment process, you will be able to download the pattern instantly (check for the download link on the order confirmation page at the end of the checkout process. It may take a moment to become active). You will also receive an automatic email with a link to the download. If you didn't receive the email, please check your Spam folder. Patterns can be printed from any home or office computer on A4 papers.

Please note that all the information needed for the patterns by GlowHigh will be included in the instructions file that will be received together with the pattern PDF. Seam allowance requirements are also noted on the pattern instructions, also we will mention there whether the pattern includes seam allowances.

GlowHigh is not responsible for any damages caused by purchasing and/or using our sewing patterns, models, tips and instructions.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital items purchasing, refunds after purchasing are not acceptable. If your pattern does not download, does not download completely, or is otherwise broken, please contact us at: hello@glowhigh.com, immediately, but no later than 5 business days after the failed download.

When you report on a download problem, please provide:

• Your Full name
• The exact pattern name
• the date of purchase
• A full description of the problem you had
• Screenshot of any error message
• The type of browser used
• Any other information that might help

Rights of Use

Your rights depend on the type of pattern used. We consider all GlowHigh as an "Open Source." This means we allow you to create garments based on the pattern for personal or commercial use. Please credit GlowHigh when you do so. You may not re-sell the original pattern, regardless of the platform, and we will strictly enforce this policy. Be creative, use our patterns as inspiration for your projects, and do as you wish with the clothes you create from our patterns, but do not resell or otherwise distribute our patterns.

 

 

 

 

Your Account Obligations

In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the checkout form for your account information (the "Account Information"); and (2) maintain and promptly update the Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site.
