Pre-Orders

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock, and you should place your order as normal if you would like to receive it as soon as it is back in stock.

Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you secure your item(s) without risking the item selling out shortly after we list it online.

Times for receiving the order might vary and take between 6-9 weeks from the day you place your order.

GlowHigh is not liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. Therefore, please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind, or cancellations. We will, however, update you after your pre-order when your items are available for shipping.

When you click the "Pre-order" button, you will proceed through the checkout as usual and make full payment when placing your pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the pre-ordered item(s). A suggested date might show on the product page at the time of order placement.
