Therefore, whenever you are not sure about a fabric's color, pattern, weight or style, we recommend that you order a swatch or contact us before purchasing the full fabric. We do take accurate pictures that reflect the color and style of each fabric; however, individual monitors and screens sometimes have different resolutions, and this can affect the coloring shown in the images.
We would like to let you know that we are doing our best to display our products accurately and professionally on this website. However, please be advised that in spite of our best intentions, we can never guarantee exact color matching, as the colors of fabrics vary from one computer monitor to another. So, whenever you are not sure, we do encourage requesting swatches first.
Moreover, we always encourage ordering swatches first to get the best sense of the fabric's weight, stretch, and texture. All samples included within a single sample purchase are fully refundable against a full fabric order within 3 months of the original sample order (should the fabric(s) still be available, or when making a custom order for the same fabric). If you are worried that the fabric will be out of stock by the time you receive your sample, please know that a custom order is available.
When buying a sample, you will receive a coupon code (to your email address and/or attached to your order). Please use this coupon when buying the full fabric to get back the value of the sample. Please note that it applies to a minimum of 1 meter of the same fabric, within 3 months of the day you purchase the sample. If you didn't receive the coupon code, please do contact us. Sample size is approx. 10cm x 10cm.

Do note that fabrics that can be customized are all made by hand. It's a long process we are committed to in order to give you the highest quality fabrics for your perfect creations. With that being said, when you order a customized design, or a design that is not in stock, kindly take into consideration that we are making it for you. This can take from 3-9 weeks to make and ship, depending on the design and quantities. We will do our best to make it in the shortest time possible.
Minimum quantity for a custom order is as small as 6 meters for a handmade design, and may vary for other designs. If you only need 4-5 meters, please contact us and we will try to help.
