As is the nature of this kind of business, and due to the fact that fabrics are cut per individual request or are customized, they are not refundable. Therefore, whenever you are not sure about a fabric's color, pattern, weight or style, we recommend that you order a swatch or contact us before purchasing the full fabric. We do take accurate pictures that reflect the color and style of each fabric; however, individual monitors and screens sometimes have different resolutions, and this can affect the coloring shown in the images.

We would like to let you know that we are doing our best to display our products accurately and professionally on this website. However, please be advised that in spite of our best intentions, we can never guarantee exact colors, as the colors of fabrics vary from one computer monitor to another. So, whenever you are not sure, we do encourage requesting swatches first. Moreover, we always encourage ordering swatches first to get the best sense of weight, stretch, and fabrication. All samples included within a single sample purchase are fully refundable against a full fabric order within 3 months of the original sample order (should the fabric(s) still be available, or when making a custom order for the same fabric). If you are worried that the fabric will be out of stock by the time you receive your sample, please know that a custom order is available. When buying a sample, you will receive a coupon code (to your email address and/or attached to your order). Please use this coupon when buying the full fabric to get back the value of the sample. Please note that it applies to a minimum of 1 meter of the same fabric, within 3 months of the day you purchase the sample. If you didn't receive the coupon code, please do contact us. Sample size is approx. 10cm x 10cm. ***Please note: when ordering a sample from a fabric page that includes different colors of the same fabric, the color of the sample will be chosen randomly. If the color is important to you, please contact us before placing the order.

This fabric is made to order. If it is not in stock, or if you need bigger quantities than what is in stock, we will create it as per your order. Take advantage of this if you would like to make some customization in color or design. For any desired change, kindly let us know at the time you place your order; once production has started, there is no option for changes. Lead time is 3-9 weeks from the time you place your order, depending on the design and quantities. MOQ — when a fabric is made to order, the minimum quantity is only 3-4 meters, which is the average quantity for making one gown.
