From time to time, GlowHigh will offer bonuses or special promotions to individuals who sign up for the courses. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses or special promotions are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the course, and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions throughout the year.

Fees
In consideration of Your access to the courses, you agree to pay the following fees.
You may choose between a single payment at the course's displayed price (due immediately) or monthly payments. If you elect to pay for the course in full, you can pay in one payment. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today, and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged in the following months according to your payment plan, on a monthly basis, for a total payment of the displayed course price. If you opt for monthly payments, according to your plan, you might be under the drip content program — which means new sections of the course will open monthly during your payment period. Once all the sections are available to you, you have lifetime access to the entire course. If the course is offered with drip content, you will be able to see it on the product page. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the course’s Refund Policy. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, GlowHigh shall immediately suspend your access to the course.

Methods of payment
If You elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize GlowHigh to charge your PayPal, credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: if all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your program access will be removed.
If you do not request a refund within the terms of the course, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan, and you understand that your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding receivables, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.

Purchasing and using our patterns

Our patterns are created by GlowHigh and are available to purchase and download as PDFs (currently we do not ship physical patterns, unless otherwise described on the pattern page). After you complete the payment process, you will be able to download the pattern instantly (check for the download link on the order confirmation page at the end of the checkout process — it may take a moment to become active). You will also receive an automatic email with a link to the download. If you didn't receive the email, please check your spam folder. Patterns can be printed from any home or office computer on A4 paper.

Please note that all the information needed for the patterns by GlowHigh will be included in the instructions file that you will receive together with the pattern PDF. Seam allowance requirements are also noted in the pattern instructions; we will also mention there whether the pattern includes seam allowances.

Be creative, use our patterns as inspiration for your projects, and do as you wish with the clothes you create from our patterns, but do not resell or otherwise distribute our patterns.

By purchasing, using, or redeeming a GlowHigh Gift Card, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Gift Card Use
1.1. GlowHigh Gift Cards may only be used to purchase GlowHigh online courses listed on our official website glowhigh.com.
1.2. GlowHigh offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Gift Cards only if the Gift Card has been redeemed for a course purchase. To qualify for a refund, the recipient must have used the Gift Card to enroll in a course, and the refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the course enrollment.

Anspruch auf Rückerstattung:

4. Betrugsprävention

4.2. Wenn ein Missbrauch oder eine betrügerische Handlung festgestellt wird, kann GlowHigh die Geschenkkarte sperren und die Einlösung verweigern.

5. Kontoverbindung
5.1. Um eine Geschenkkarte einzulösen, muss der Empfänger ein GlowHigh-Konto mit einer gültigen E-Mail-Adresse erstellen. Geschenkkarten sind dem Konto zugeordnet, in dem sie zum ersten Mal eingelöst werden und können danach nicht mehr übertragen werden.

6. Fehler und Streitigkeiten
6.1. GlowHigh ist nicht verantwortlich für Druckfehler, Ungenauigkeiten oder Auslassungen im Zusammenhang mit Geschenkkartenguthaben oder Transaktionen.
6.2. Alle Streitigkeiten in Bezug auf Geschenkkartentransaktionen müssen GlowHigh innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Transaktionsdatum gemeldet werden.


8. Haftungsbeschränkung
